MISSION FIRST - CUSTOMER ALWAYS
Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) can be part of your solution. CAS is the
largest private screening contractor to the TSA under the Screening Partnership
Program (SPP). Since 2002, CAS has provided over three-quarters of a million
hours of Exit Lane monitoring, access control, and credential verification at
various airports (including the only CAT X airport participating in the SPP).
Regardless of the TSA’s final rule and your approved Security Plan
amendments, CAS can provide you with a fully trained, turn-key Exit Lane
access control workforce.
Beyond being the largest U.S.-owned SPP contractor to the TSA, CAS also
provides licensed guard services to airports coast-to-coast. CAS can easily
provide you with licensed guards if your state/local laws require your Exit Lane
workforce to be guards.
The TSA proposed plan to transfer Exit Lane responsibility to airports also
provides your airport with an opportunity to increase customer service. Under
CAS’ approach, our Exit Lane Monitors will be trained in additional customer
service and airport knowledge so that passenger questions can be answered
accurately and quickly. Our Exit Lane Monitors will provide a clear improvement
to your passengers’ experience at your airport.
If the AAAE and ACI-NA efforts are successful and the TSA’s Exit Lane
proposal is delayed or reversed, please keep CAS in mind for any other
security services that we can be of assistance. If the TSA does shift Exit Lane
responsibility to your airport, allow us to help you develop a cost effective yet
fully compliant approach.
For more information, contact Brian O’Dell, CAS Director of Operations.
Even with all of the efforts by AAAE and ACI-NA to address
the Transportation Security Administration’s proposed Exit
Lane change, what is your airport’s plan if the TSA shifts Exit
Lane monitoring and access control responsibility to your
airport in 2014?
